Litsy Tees Return & Refund Policy

At Litsy Tees, we want you to love your new bookish apparel! Because our products are made to order just for you, we have a few special guidelines for returns and refunds.

Made-to-Order Products

Each item is printed especially for your order. For this reason, we generally cannot accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse, incorrect size selection, or a change of mind. Please review the size chart and product details before ordering.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, misprinted, or different from what you ordered, we're happy to make it right. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery at [YOUR CUSTOMER SERVICE EMAIL].

Include your order number and clear photos showing the issue. Once we review your claim, we'll offer an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you. Please contact us before sending anything back.

Sizing Issues

We encourage you to check the size chart carefully before placing your order. Since our products are made to order, we cannot guarantee free size exchanges. If you have a sizing concern, please reach out, and we'll do our best to help.

Order Problems and Customer Care

If something about your order doesn't seem right, please contact us. We'll review each situation individually and do our best to find a fair solution.

Refunds and Your Rights

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. This policy does not limit any consumer rights that may apply under applicable law.

Thank you for supporting Litsy Tees and our love of all things bookish!
